OPC Generators are designed around the latest technology, manufactured and quality inspected by carefully trained and experienced craftsperson’s. OPC warrants to the original end user, for the time periods as shown below, that each generator finished product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. OPC, at its option, will repair, replace, or offer appropriate adjustments, for any generator part that, upon examination and testing by factory engineers or by a OPC authorized service dealer, is found to be defective, when generator set is properly installed, operated and maintained, according to OPC’s instructions. All transportation costs for parts returned to the factory, and new parts sent back to end user, are to be borne and paid by the end user. The warranty is not transferable and does not apply to malfunctions caused by damages, unreasonable use, misuse, unauthorized repair persons, or  normal wear and tear. All warranty cost allowances must be within limits as shown in “Orion Warranty Policies”, procedures and flat rate manual.

Orion Power & Co-Gen offers a state-of-the-art service to ensure that every OPC system runs smoothly and efficient as possible. OPC CHP modules are backed up by a Mastertrak M10g Telematics Remote Monitoring Equipment.

Remote monitoring services improve engine’s performance by helping avoid downtime. This diagnostic solution provides you with direct access to the activity of your generator through a secure internet connection. Important engine data such as oil pressure, coolant temperature, speed, running condition, current location, and hours completed can be conveniently retrieved for analysis, even though thousands of miles from worksite. Remote services incorporate a telemetric device that stores selected information and then transmits it in nearly real-time or at predetermined intervals to a remote server via a mobile phone network. This solution gives our customers tools to maximize generator uptime, extend generator life, and reduce late servicing.

Features:

1) Status reports current operating hours, alarms, location, etc.

2) Automatic text message or e-mail alerts are available at no additional cost.

3) Detailed analysis is also available with direct reporting from the engine to give real-time and historical engine parameters.
